We're committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, processing times, and delivery estimates.
1. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer various shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery on orders placed before 12 PM EST (available in select locations).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before you complete your order.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rates provided by ProductsInTrend.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Some oversized or heavy items may require additional handling time and charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery Times & Tracking
Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping option selected and your location. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to monitor your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delays
Please note that while we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays affecting your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or building manager. If you still cannot locate the package, contact our customer service team at support@productintrend.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. ProductsInTrend.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in the investigation process.
8. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@productsintrend.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send out a replacement or process a refund as soon as possible.
